1 Before you start

This consultation takes around 5 minutes. Your answers are private and only seen by our clinical team. If you need help, please contact our Customer Care team.

How it works: complete this consultation, choose your treatment and check out. For your first order, our clinician will call you to review your answers before making any decision.

Please note: If this is your first time using this medication, you can only order the starting dose: Mounjaro 2.5mg or Wegovy 0.25mg. Your dose will then be increased step by step on future orders.

Do you confirm and agree to the following?

2. You are completing this consultation for yourself and your answers are true to the best of your knowledge.

3. This treatment is for your use only, and you will only use one weight loss treatment at a time.

4. You will read the Patient Information Leaflet supplied with the medication (if prescribed) and understand the possible side effects.

5. You will tell us about all medical conditions, significant illnesses, operations and current medicines.

6. You agree to your GP being informed of this treatment (if prescribed), and to our clinicians accessing your medical history only when necessary.

7. You accept our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Do you agree to a call with our clinician when required?

First order: after you check out, one of our clinicians will contact you to arrange a short phone or video call. They will check your details and talk through your treatment with you. No treatment will be prescribed or sent until this call has taken place.

Repeat orders: our clinicians review your treatment regularly and will call you if anything has changed or a check-in is due.

If our clinician decides the treatment is not right for you, you will receive a full refund.
